Daily Digest Output
The digest command generates crypto-digest-YYYY-MM-DD.html containing:

- 🔥 Top Stories — Highest-engagement articles
- 📈 Trending Topics — Most mentioned keywords
- 📰 All Articles — Full list with sentiment badges
- 📉 Sentiment Timeline — Hourly sentiment chart
